»» BuildersAttention to Detail, One Home at a Time
Mantell-Hecathorn Builders feels strongly that it is of significant benefit to their clients to work with a company that limits the number of projects it commits to, typically no more than two custom homes that overlap. This enables a project to be completed efficiently, saving the client significant time and money.
Mantell-Hecathorn Builders recognizes and appreciates fine architecture and meticulous construction techniques. This attribute, combined with Greg Mantell-Hecathorn’s innate sense of proportion and balance, his keen eye for details and three decades of hands-on involvement with his clients’ projects, provides the ability for Mantell-Hecathorn Builders to deliver custom homes and renovations unique in beauty and quality that truly embody the vision of each client.
Since 1975 we have been a family-owned and operated business. In the past ten years, two of the three sons, Hunter and Jace, have been an integral part of our design-build team. Tara has managed the office since the company’s inception, and continues to provide clients with the detailed information they desire and insure efficient bookwork for clients, subs and suppliers alike. Our core values of hand-on customer service, financial integrity and quality craftsmanship offer clients a unique premier building company.
Testimonial
Greg and the crew at Mantell-Hecathorn Builders made each phase of our home construction pain-free! Greg is so organized. He communicates exactly like a maestro. It was amazing! We were given plenty of notice on anything my husband and I had to decide on so that we could complete our research and purchases so installation always went off without a hitch.
When architectural issues came up Greg could offer wonderful solutions that ended up being better for the budget and architecturally more interesting to us. He is highly professional and we would truly enjoy doing another project with his company.
